The Rising Gen Expert  |  Psychological Consultant & Mediator

Jessica McGawley

Most families are good at preparing the wealth for their children. Few prepare their children for the wealth.

For nearly two decades, Jessica has worked with prominent families and their advisors to address the unique challenges of raising children in the context of wealth. She is the Founder of Dallington - the first specialist mentorship practice for the Rising Generation.

Jessica McGawley

The Psychology of Succession

Jessica founded Dallington in 2016 after many years working with families and family offices around the globe, first as Head of Next-Gen for a consultancy focused on wealth transition, then as a solo practitioner driven to answer a single question: “How do we prepare our children to find fulfilment in life, whilst equipping them with the skills to successfully navigate the wealth they will one day steward?”

Through her SOAR model, Jessica has supported over 150 young individuals from UHNW families, helping them step into adulthood with confidence, purpose, and healthier family dynamics. Her highly qualified multi-disciplinary team designs and delivers bespoke mentoring programs and workshops to 16-30-year-olds from prominent families.

Jessica's work goes beyond technical expertise. She works alongside private client advisors, wealth managers, trustees, and family office teams to deepen conversations around family dynamics, communication, and rising generation readiness - through consulting, co-facilitation, training, and bespoke advisory offsites.
