Jessica McGawley

Psychological Consultancy for Family Advisors

Empowering family advisors on the non-legal and non-financial aspects of family wellbeing, with a special focus on the rising generation.

Services

Parenting Consultancy

UHNW clients typically hold an array of prestigious titles, but many of them value their role as 'mum' or 'dad' the most. Raising children within the context of wealth offers unique opportunities, but it also brings challenges that are often overlooked and misunderstood. Through educational workshops, talks, and one-on-one sessions, I assist advisors in supporting the parent beyond the client, demonstrating their continued commitment to their family's wellbeing.

Rising-Gen Consultancy

Every year, private client firms organise events to engage the rising generation. With over 15 years of direct experience working with this cohort, I understand what resonates with them. After gaining a thorough understanding of your business goals, values, and challenges, I design an internal training program tailored to ensure your company comprehends the needs, interests, and communication styles of your future clients - the rising generation.

Crisis Consultancy

Trusted advisors often find themselves as the primary point of contact when clients encounter complex personal challenges, whether concerning their own mental health or that of their children. In these delicate situations, understanding the company's duty of care and establishing clear boundaries is crucial. I support advisors in navigating these scenarios, offering gentle guidance on addressing needs and directing clients to appropriate support resources, all while maintaining professional boundaries.
